No orginazation is greater than sum of it's whole.  Do you have that "weak link"? That brother or sister who is just always bringing the chapter down?  Did you know that this brother or sister is only as strong or weak as you make him or her.  Does your President always know the answers to everything?

I'll bet you that "weak link" and know-it-all President will change their tunes when you spend the whole day on a ropes challenge course.  Hang upside down, scale walls all as a team. 

Learn why your orginization is truly no greater than the sum of it's whole. Understand that while one person may shine at one thing, the other individuals in the organization balance the whole group. 

Need to work on you communication and togetherness?  Spend the afternoon at your Chapter House with a Greek Consultans representaitve as they facilitate different team problem solving challenges and team building activities.
